Mariqueen Is In Teen Vogue

Check out this month’s issue of Teen Vogue cos Mariqueen’s picture is in it (page 94 to be exact) We are all so proud of her. We’re also really happy that Carter has a subscription to teen vogue or else we might not have ever discovered Mariqueen’s new found fame —F.TEN

while you’re at it, check out this great site called jambase – i just found a cool review of our record on it…and we didnt even pay him to be so nice…strange.

    Hi F.Ten!

I’m Amber from Seattle, Grace’s friend. :-) We’re really looking forward to seeing you guys next month, I can’t wait! You guys are so amazing, thanks for helping us out. It’ll be great.

Those are pretty rad pictures from your video shoot too. I can imagine that park ranger getting really mad. Keep it down you hooligans!

Haha, anyway, just wanted to say that I love what you guys do, keep it up. And congratulations Mariqueen! You’re on your way to ruling the world.

I heard “what r u afraid of” on David Dye’s show today on 88.5 oughta Philly and was very impressed. I know u guys know this already but I’ve been waiting for a modern band to embrace the Yaz, Cocteau Twins, early Verve vibe and you have done it. Please let me know when you are coming to NYC so I can round up a posse of hipsters to come support y’all. Best – Nick nynickyboy@yahoo.com

Man, I heard you all on One Tree Hill and got the CD. It is amazing. I just got the Radiohead box set and have put off listening to it because your album is just THAT good. I’m deciding which shirt I want right now. Any plans on touring on the east coast? Say near DC? I’ll make sure to check out that Teen Vogue.

    Hello, hello!
Our very own Seattle West Indian Girl here (Grace) told me to check you guys out and first off I have to say that I love you all very much, and the music you create is absolutely AMAZING. I’m soooo disappointed and sad that when you come to Seattle on June 17th that the show is only 21 and over! But I hope there will be other ways I can see you guys… I’m desperate!
