Breaking News! Street Team Announced
this is pretty awesome news. the first and only officially sanctioned west indian girl street team is now up and running. the ring leader operates out of new york – his name is ian and he’s the man. we trust in ian’s enthusiam, professionalism, and vision for the wigheads. we couldnt have a better person in charge of this important branch of the west indian girl tree. so, if you’re passionate about the band we would love and appreciate your participation. a band can never have enough help spreading the word ya know. there will be many cool fringe benefits from joining – like free tickets to shows with a guest and backstage passes and much more. thanx ian. cant wait to hang in nyc with you. I will definitely do what I can, but there’s honestly no point in me applying to one of the more responsibility-intensive stages since my town’s small and there are more people in a position to get the band out to the public eye – like it deserves.
Sounds like a great idea though, dudes and dudettes (don’t want to leave you out, Q).
thanx walrus – hahaha that’s classic – how small is your town anyway.

Just about 10,000.
This’ll be fun. “Wighead” ha! funny. =)
walrus – do you know everyone in your town…or jsut about everyone?
zontobi – wigheads are the best – you get your order?

I sent a message to the WIG Street Team myspace profile displaying my interest. I wanted to know the specifics of what I would be doing.
I’ll be moving in May (to who knows where), but it sounds like there’s a tour in the works for April. If you guys come through here before I leave, i’d love to organize an army of wigheads.
br
Oh so we’re called Wigheads. Here I’ve been calling myself a “wigger” this whole time…
OK so I guess I’ll have to break down and set up a myspace in order to participate. I don’t really like myspace because it just looks ugly. The pages are so cluttered and clunky, ugh. But then, I’m a Ludwig Mies van der Rohe type of guy…
MySpace has been a great way to discover new music. If anything, it’s good for that.
This is a great idea. Sign me up baby!!
kampy – i agree myspace is ugly but at this point it’s a necessary evil
erina – glad you are on the team

I dont know if you’ll see this just wanted to say that your music is cool and I can’t wait to see you all live!
Jordache L.
thenx jordache – where do you live – we will be on tour in april.
F10 – are you on our email list?
Just had to give a shout to you from cheery Iraq! I actually heard you guys of all places on USA (or was it TNT?) Network for their winter movie lineup and I had to check out this new sound.
Bought a CD and had it shipped, LOVE it. When I got to take a break from what goes down around here, I plug some WIG in, and I am GONE from this place. Just wanted to say ‘thanks’ for giving me a small escape!
hey man – glad to hear we could bring you some joy in iraq – what’s your email and when do you come home?
