Hi,
Michael from A.M. Vibe here. I’m going to talk to the artists and see if we can get some made up to sell at the show.
Sound good?
Wish I could go to the show…
br
Michael, if you can get some to sell at the show, I’ll definitely buy one. Put one aside for me!
I have only a handful…I’ll hold onto them until after the A.M. Vibe set — that way anyone who wants one can come up to me after the set(I play guitar) and I’ll get you one before turning the remainder over to the merch table.
Sound goo?
Great time on Saturday … thanks for the tix and can’t wait till next show. -Walt
That was a great time at the Casbah, it was nice meeting the band— thanks for puttin us on the guest list and the opportunity to make the poster! cheers and goodonya!

Mark, you created an incredible poster for this show. I’d love to talk to you about the tools you use. When I look at this poster, I visualize the p-shop layers, huge stacks of them. Or is it a PS/ILL combo job? I’ve really started getting into gig posters lately. This might be my favorite of my budding collection, I like it even more than my Radiohead/Spiritualized poster by Uncle Charlie. San Diego really has some awesome poster artists. If I had known you were there Saturday, I’d have gotten mine signed.
F10, let me know in advance next time WIG books an OC show so I can come up with something for you
Ya I love this poster.. ya got any left??
You learn to hate 21+ clubs, when you’re only 18. You have to miss out on good shows like this.
I have more posters: $10 includes shipping. Write me at michrennie -at- cox -dot- net.

I am a huge movie buff — anything from “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof” to the classic horror movies shown on AMC. While watching the Halloween special, your track, “What are you afraid of” played for a promo with a great accoustic, psychedelic sound. Instantly, I was hooked and had to buy your album. What a great one it is. It follows what got me into music, Live’s Mental Jewelry to bands like The Smiths, The Afghan Whigs, and VNV Nation.
Right now, I work at a job that sucks ass. My niche is writing and am currently using it on a personal blog and for freelancing purposes.
Through most of my life, I grew up in Niles, MI. So, I have never really blended in with the South. I am a liberal and a voracious reader wanting to constantly expand my knowledge of unique cultural history and ideas — Chinese philosophy, Buddhism, metaphysics, gnosticim, military history, numerology, and finishing off another Hubert Selby Jr. novel.
Alright, I’m not anyone important in the Arts/Entertainment/Publishing industry. I would like to talk with one of you on how you got into music, collaborated to form this band, and what it’s like to try and make a living as a musician. There are several bands in this area who could heed some advice. This could be a post on my blog or possible published article in the local newspaper.
Take care and keep enjoying life on the road.
Sincerely,
P.J. Gaffney
